Arrangement Care-

We guarantee our cut flower arrangements to last up to three days, although proper maintenance can ensure your arrangement to last much longer.

The most important aspect of care is changing out the water, once a day is ideal, with lukewarm water filled to the top.

Remember that not all flowers have the same longevity so it might be necessary to remove or pluck from flowers that have already started to fade.

For arrangements not in a vase, such as a dish or basket, it is a must to maintain water in these types of containers. The flowers are usually placed into a foam and water is not retained for very long. You must add lukewarm water to these types of arrangements at least once a day.

Orchid Care-

The proper care for your orchid will very much depend on the specific species.

General care should include the following:

  • Water once to twice a week depending on lighting conditions, do not keep moist.
  • Excess water must be drained immediately after watering, do not allow orchid to sit in water for long period of time.
  • Keep indoors in temperatures between 65-80 degrees, keep away from heating or cooling vents and ceiling fans.
  • Bright indirect light is ideal, but not full sun.

Order Status-

If you have questions about the delivery of your order, previous or existing, please contact us at 713-977-5350.

Substitutions-

If we find that we are unable to accommodate a small aspect of the arrangement that you have selected we will allow our talented design staff to substitute for something of equal or greater value, maintaining the existing style, color scheme, and tone of the arrangement.

Our florists will use the freshest flowers and make substitutions based on seasonal and regional availability.

Delivery-

Arrangements ordered through our website will incur a standard delivery charge of $15 for anywhere in the Houston area. If a delivery time is requested we will accommodate this to the best of our ability, excluding unforeseen circumstances. We cannot, however, accommodate exact delivery times.

Orders with specific time will need to be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the timely delivery. All orders placed on the website will be delivered same day, if requested, as long as they are placed by 9am.

Changes and Cancellations-

If there is a change to your order or you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us as soon as possible to ensure that your request is met. Please contact the store for either of these requests at 713.977.5350 if placed on the website.

Cancellations will not be allowed if delivery is already in route.

Note: Major holidays including valentines, mother’s day, and Christmas will maintain stricter cancellation policies, please see store for details.

Online Secure Orders-

Your Security is of the utmost importance to us. We will take every precaution to ensure that your information is sent over a secure network and unable to be read by anyone else. All information obtained through our website is for use of the company only. We will not sell, rent, or send your information to any third parties.

Payment Methods-

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express.
